  Didn't know much about my computer but i found them to be very helpful. Lorraine on the front desk made everything very easy and explained it all to me in a way i could understand. It was good to go to a local business that could help me and i could talk to. David even bought it to my house when it was fixed and loaded it up and showed me a few things i had questions with. Would use again and would recommend highly

  I have had a school laptop with The Computer Doctor since 25th January 2016, it is now 18th May,after more than 10 calls following up on the computer repairs I am told nothing but it is in Adelaide waiting for parts. Every time I have made a call they told me they would follow up and call me back. I have NEVER had a return phone call. I would never recommend using this company.

  Professional and efficient service from a very friendly and helpful team. Was able to help me when I thought I'd lost all my work!! Have been a continuous customer ever since and always been pleased with the service! Highly recommend to anyone!

  Good customer service, quick turn around from when we gave them our laptop to the repairs being completed. Repair work was very reasonably priced. Will use their service in the future.
