  I stumbling across this beautiful and quaint flower shop through the word of mouth of a friend discharged from Gateshead private. After attending Newcastle and Hunter Valley Wedding Expos only to be quoted outrageously expensive prices for wedding flowers, I decided to visit Newcastle forever flowers. Mum and I were both warmly greeted both by the owner and a worker who showed us multiple ideas that suited the theme of our Wedding.

  The ladies tailor designed our wedding bouquets and corsages for an unbeatable price. We booked their service on the spot! My flowers were a feminine and romantic choice of roses and baby’s breath with dusty miller greenery. They looked breathtaking! On my wedding day our bouquets and our parents corsages were delivered to our lounge room, and my husband and groomsmen’s corsages were delivered to them similarly, despite both of our homes being quite a long drive from Gateshead (Karen even pinned them on the boys –thankgoodness as they wouldn’t of had a clue!). The day was time limited and “Karen and Sharon” from forever flowers could see I was stressed. They rose willingly to support me by travelling into the Merewether Surfhouse reception venue where they set up all the table centrepieces, fairylights, our cake table, slideshow and lolly buffet FOR NO MONEY!!! Our families, wedding party and my husband and I were incredibly overwhelmed by the blessing of meeting such a kind and caring establishment who would even consider doing such a large task purely out of the kindness of their hearts. My flowers lasted for a month after our wedding, and were there to greet us when we returned from our honeymoon still looking healthy!! All our guests asked us where we ordered them from and we were so proud to tell them! If you want sincere, professional, empathic and lasting beautiful flowers and service, I implore you to visit the ladies at Newcastle Forever Flowers…You will not be sorry…In them we have found our family florist!

  Absolutely disgusting service, with a box of flowers chosen for a baby boy, and the flowers received were NOTHING like those ordered. There were even pink roses in the mix, when the box was even called "Baby Boy". No phone call was made to say that the flowers were unavailable. In the description it even says if the flowers to be used were unavailable, that similar colours would be used... but there was nothing of the same colour in the box received. In fact, the box looked incredibly poorly put together, with no thought or design put into it whatsoever. Please don't use this flower shop if you have spent time looking for the perfect arrangement - you will not get what you paid for.

  NEVER buy flowers from here on-line. The agent they use is appalling. I made sure I was well before their deadline for same day delivery (16 hours early in fact) yet they still didn't deliver. It totally defeats the purpose sending someone flowers for their birthday a day late. Even though I asked twice they never gave me an explaination as to why. Very poor customer service. No form of compensation offered either. A complete and utter waste of time and money. Extremely disappointing.

  Such a beautiful, outstanding, remarkable florist shop! With fantastic staff and great layout, their arrangements and bunches are absolutely amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else! PLEASE DONT LISTIN TO THE HATE there all just jelly of this absolutely amazing florist shop and they have nothing else to do then hate!
